• The Toyota Retail Concept 25 (RC25) is a new showroom design which was unveiled in 2022. The aim is to create a new brand experience for customers and introduce a different way of working for retailers. The concept is a major step forward in Toyota's goal of becoming the most desirable electrified mobility brand.

  SLM Toyota Norwich is excited to be undergoing a full transformation to improve our customer's experience. By embracing the RC25, we aim to create a more enjoyable experience for you when finding the perfect Toyota and receiving the aftercare support you need.

  Refurbishment works will commence the week of 13th November and are due to be completed in February 2024. We would like to reassure all of our customers that we are still open during this period and we will be operating business as usual.

• Toyota Retail Concept 25

  We are bringing all of our products and services together in a new showroom, with our customers at the heart of the experience. The entire building will undergo renovation work, from the flooring to the ceiling tiles, and everything in between.

  In this new space, interactive hubs will allow customers to begin their new car journey with us or extend their online digital journey with a memorable in-store experience, thanks to our team providing the essential human touch.

  The refurbishment of our Norwich showroom will welcome many new features. From start to finish your car buying experience will be enhanced, by introducing digital touch points throughout the showroom and collecting your car from our renovated handover room.

  Our customer waiting area will be fitted with comfortable seating and refreshments to enjoy whilst your car is cared for by our factory trained technicians.

• What To Expect During Your Visit

  We understand that during the refurbishment works, things may be slightly different from your normal visit to SLM Toyota Norwich. We are working hard to minimise any disruptions during your appointment and keep construction noise level to a minimum where possible.

  Upon arrival at our Delft Way centre, parking areas remain as before and our team will be on hand to guide and assist you in finding a space. Our Sales and Aftersales customers will then be welcomed into our Lexus centre next door, where our friendly team will be ready to greet you.
